I'm open and providing tele-therapy during shelter-in-place!
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFC23930). I have been in private practice in San Francisco, California since 1988 and graduated with a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in 1985. I have extensive experience in individual, couples and family therapy. I specialize in working with couples throughout the lifecycle and enjoy assisting many new parents. I teach and supervise psychology interns at California Institute of Integral Studies and through wellness clinics. I have served as an adjunct faculty member of UC Berkeley Extension and I currently facilitate both individual and ongoing consultation groups for therapists. I am also a therapist/consultant for the Donor Sibling Registry, an online registry designed as a resource, clearinghouse and connecting place for families who have used reproductive technologies. With the advent of DNA search sites such as 23andme, I have been offering consultations for parents, adult children born from reproductive technologies and donors. In addition, I served as the Adult Track Trainer for the intern training program at TALK Line Family Support Center, a division of the San Francisco Child Abuse Prevention Center.
